Migrants in Training

Migrants in Training started in October 2016 and is based on the principles of human solidarity and social cohesion. The aim is to give migrants the tools needed to effectively integrate into Italian society. In 2016, a work orientation and vocational training course was offered to 15 migrants. This was implemented in partnership with Humangest and the EtaBeta Social Cooperative. In 2017, a pastry-making course was offered to 10 migrants with psychological fragility or disorders and was conducted by a volunteer trained in pastry making by Gambero Rosso. In 2018 and 2019, a European
Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) course was offered to 12 migrants and carried out in partnership with ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development).
