She is a Programme Manager specialising in gender empowerment, small and medium-sized enterprise development and start-ups. She is also an expert in emergency project management in conflict areas and natural disasters and has been a financial and administrative manager of projects funded by the European Commission, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations. She has worked in the West Bank, Afghanistan and Uganda and is currently working in Egypt.
