She is a development economist, specialising in social policy and developmental psychology. She worked with the European Union in Europe, Africa, America and Asia on the design, management and monitoring of international cooperation programmes and projects in the field of social policies, in particular focusing on childhood, education, vocational training, health and local development. She has participated in the implementation of national and regional reforms in developing countries aimed at facilitating job creation, promoting equitable access to education, training and health and achieving more inclusive and sustainable public policies. She also promotes research and development, know-how transfer and international exchanges for university students and civil servants through ERASMUS+ and other European initiatives.
